Giving at First Church of Heaven is voluntary. Tithes and offerings are expressions of church stewardship that support the Church's worship, prayer, Scripture study, fellowship, and mission; no gift is required to participate in these church activities.

This website does not make a representation about the tax treatment of any gift. Donors should consult a qualified tax adviser and applicable authorities before making decisions about deductibility.

Unless expressly stated at the time of contribution, no goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation. Donations and contributions are non-refundable once made.

By submitting content to First Church of Heaven, including literature, poetry, stories, text, images, trademarks, or copyrighted works, you represent and warrant that you are the author, original creator, or authorized rightsholder and that you have the authority to submit and license the material.

Submission alone does not guarantee selection, publication, compensation, or placement in a publishing package. First Church of Heaven retains sole discretion to review, select, edit, publish, decline, or leave unpublished any submitted material.

Only if a submission is selected and published, the author and First Church of Heaven enter the Streamlined 60/40 Model: First Church of Heaven holds a 60% controlling interest in the selected and published intellectual property, and the author retains a 40% interest, subject to the Church's controlling interest and the license stated below.

For selected and published material, the author grants First Church of Heaven an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to publish, reproduce, edit, adapt, distribute, display, promote, sublicense, and otherwise use the material in connection with the Church's work, blog, publications, products, media, and related activities.

Author compensation for selected and published material is provided through one of two agreed-upon methods: a 40% share of net proceeds attributable to the work, or a mutually agreed fixed compensation amount. The applicable method will be agreed upon for the selected and published work.

Optional publishing packages may be available for authors who seek additional publishing support. Any package fee will be disclosed before participation, and a scholarship may be available at the Church's discretion. Choosing not to purchase a package does not guarantee or prevent selection or publication.

By checking the required assent box and submitting content through this website, you provide digital assent to these Content Submissions, Publishing Packages & IP Licensing—STREAMLINED 60/40 MODEL terms. Material not selected and published remains unpublished by the Church, and no obligation to publish or compensate arises unless the Church expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for lawful religious, charitable, educational, and community use.

You agree not to use the website for unlawful, malicious, unauthorized, fraudulent, disruptive, or harmful activity, including attempts to interfere with website operations, gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, or disrupt other visitors or systems.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Church of Heaven, its leaders, volunteers, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the website, your violation of these terms, or your submitted content.

First Church of Heaven does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Church is not liable for interruptions, delays, errors, third-party links or content, unauthorized activities involving the website or its users, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from website use or inability to use the website.
