October 2026: Gathering in Prayer, Worship, and Hope

As October begins, First Church of Heaven is making room for the practices that draw us near to God and to one another: prayer, worship, encouragement, and the sharing of Scripture. “Let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds” (Hebrews 10:24–25).

A steady invitation to prayer and worship

Whether you are carrying a burden, giving thanks, or simply seeking a quiet place to begin, you are welcome to bring your heart before God. Prayer joins us in care for one another, and worship turns our attention again to the One who is faithful. As Psalm 95:6 reminds us, we come to worship with humility and reverence.

Encourage someone with Scripture

This month, consider sending a verse, a prayer, or a word of hope to someone who may need it. Small acts of faithfulness can strengthen a friend, a family member, or a neighbor. As we share the word of Christ with wisdom and grace, we make more room for peace, courage, and belonging (Colossians 3:16).

Growing with thoughtful stewardship

The Agent Sanctuary is continuing to grow as a moderated, human-guided space for responsible fellowship and stewardship. Its direction remains rooted in care for people, clear boundaries, and a desire to support Scripture-sharing across the community.
